It is actually both. The common pantry gives food that you carb take home and prepare or you can stay for lunch or dinner.

They do both there but i only go sometime for dinner but I haven't been there about an month.
They give you food to take on certain days as well as feed you on certain days...Call for their Monthly calendar
It's both & the staff is great. If you want to pick up food you will need to register. Check the website out.
