Um.... you guys realize this is their soft opening, right? The entire point is to learn where they need to improve before it becomes a habit. Take a breath. Relax. It's ok to say something, politely, to bring attention to your needs at the time of your visit. It's a lot better than bashing them online like they did it on purpose.
Not good, especially for a new business. Hopefully, you spoke with the manager. My service wasn't the best when I visited, however, not AS BAD AS THAT. THEY WON'T LAST TOO LONG IF THEY DON'T CHANGE SOME THINGS WITH THEIR OPERATIONS/SERVICE.
