I don't understand how they have iced tea, sweet tea, but I can't get a cup of hot tea to drink with my breakfast, unless it's the winter? Why can't you grab a tea bag you use to make your sweet or iced tea, and bring a pot of hot water, hot tea!

Restaurants make their sweet and unsweet tea with giant tea bags made for making gallons of tea at once. Meaning- If they do not have tea bags made for a single serving, then they just don’t have it and it is impossible for them to just make a single cup/kettle of tea.
