Hi Sandy, your experience does not sound like what we usually hear from our customers. Did you let your server know your food was not to your liking. I can guarantee that our staff would have bent over backwards to make your visit enjoyable. Hopefully you'll make it back and let us show you why we are so busy.
Places who normally get good reviews really do deserve another visit. I see this sometimes in different sutuations and places. What I do is tell my server I'm not having a good experience today and what can we do to change that path? It works very well
