It was really bad trying to shop all the lights in the store where off was not able too see anything was in there for 15 minutes and not one employee asked me if I needed help. Had to get out of there went to target and got what I needed

If the lights were off there must have been a problem. I think they more things to worry about than you. It's not all about you.

Regardless, I hope an employee announced what was going on and reassured you as a customer that they are doing their best to fix the light situation and checked on the remaining customers to verify that they are ok. It can be a pretty awkward place to be in if there was an emergency and no word on what was going on, nor encourage the customers to temporarily leave for their own safety until the matter was taken care of.
