SEPT, 2022 I had the absolute best experience with Jay's this weekend. I needed a Vent hood, they had it stock and I was able to pick it up right away. Vicki was so pleasant and made my day. Thier labor day sale was still on and i got it for almost 300.00 less then everyone else. I was so pleased with the service, the professionalism of the staff, why go anywhere else

I ordered a small electric stove. Not only did it not arrive on the day as promised, but when they did come, they weren't able to install it because the cord was missing. Why was there no cord? Who buys a stove for show? Of course, I want to be able to plug in and use the stove. That's like buying a television without a cord. This makes no sense to me. Oh, I paid for installation on top it.

Excellent service ..had to get a 2nd delivery on fridge because it didn't fit and they were extremely helpful at sending me another fridge but smaller with the same gacapacity and capabilities.....this is my 4th Frigidaire and I want to let you know P.C Richard and homedepot along with Bestbuy Sell garbage appliances...PERIOD

Yes they do. Great service. I bought a Friedrich from them and a 22000 btu Lg. Both great. But I'll give the edge to the Lg. Super quiet
I wouldn't be surprised but they claim it's all new and they don't want to price match even if the same model. They made us drive all the way without giving pricing over the phone and tried to hustle once there.
