Can't understand why 16th str location has dry hard tips after 8pm. Have never had more than 3 good pieces in an order. Terrible.

16rh Street is the bomb, I moved here from New Orleans, The best soul food yet!

I haven't had this issue but it could be that you are getting the last of the rib tips of the day.

Don't cook anymore and they sit.

I'd say they start out ok. But as they sit in the warmer they continue to cook and they dry out as they sit there. I have found the best time is when they FIRST open.
