I know that declawing cats is frowned upon, however, we are looking into rescuing an older cat from a man who has passed away. What are your feelings about declawing a cat that is 6 to 8 years old? Any idea how they would handle it? thank you

You should talk to the Vets at Exeter to get an expert opinion.

Exeter Veterinary Hospital is fantastic. You should talk to one of the doctors there.
