Am I allowed to walk in for a cup of coffee with my dog on the leash or is she required to wait outside?

You can walk in, ordr you coffee and have it outside on tge porch. I do it with my dog. :)

The staff are friendly and would probably be OK with you grabbing a to-go cup.

I have seen people walk in with their dogs on a leash before without a problem. So, I'm thinking you are okay.
