I asked on my last visit and they told me they get a truck every monday, sometimes they share it with another store so I would say monday afternoon or early Tuesday is the best time to go. Join their facebook page they will post occasionally
They usually always have plenty of items for sale. As far as I can see you can't really plan a trip there as you never know what they might have. I say go often!
