Around noon today we visited cricket wireless trying to get a new phone because a friend of mine had broken hers there was a guy working to register his name was David he was very rude you could tell he just didn't want us there he didn't want to speak to us he stuck up his nose at us and he wouldn't give us any further information or call customer care or give us the number for customer care her phone is completely blank and he told her to call with her phone and left it at that. So now my friend gets to go home to her daughter with no phone no way to call for emergency no way for her daughter to get a hold of her school to get a hold of her thank you a lot cricket wireless.
