I would call them and ask to speak to the manager..or go there yourself they do have a lot of DBZ artwork there already but maybe they might be intrested in what you have to offer,the place is not that big at all good luck!
They have plenty of artwork but I'm 💯 percent sure they'll welcome more. try to include soup in drawing.
