Very disappointed in the staff took for ever to get help and there was 4 people there there is aplace and time for talks regarding personal stuff or dancing inappropriately not in front of the potential costumer

I am a four year loyal customer for LaFamilia Pawn. And when I say that I mean most of the time I layaway everything I get if not I’ll purchase it right away if the price is right. Today Sunday 24th of September 2022 I went for a few La Familia stores to get some new stuff on layaway but on this one specifically at Semoran Boulevard, when I went inside there was a lot of staff in the store my wife and I we went inside and nobody helped us for a long time I saw a laptop that was sold as is and nobody wanted to help me plug it in so I open the packaging look for an outline myself almost at their work area to try to plug-in on my own. I don’t have to ask nobody to be very serious other job because you should be having fun but Every person going inside it’s a very potential customer especially for people like me that I am a returning customer for multiple locations I don’t see the respect around. Customer I think he was selling and buying shoes there is a raffle for something for free. They gave them an offer for that but for us none of the information was given. I’m not concerned about that but I’m very concerned about the legitimacy of the reviews. The plus size mail was tell me the customer that if you have 10 google accounts Mac 10 reviews for a chance to get a PlayStation five. Most of the time when I make my reviews I try to always do it with other honestly to ensure that the proper customer service is given by real reviews. But it looks that the team members in that store on Semoran Blvd., Orlando They try to incentivize customers to get free reviews. And I don’t think that is something ethical on my opinion. It’s a cheating to have good reviews but their performance is going to be bad regardless because the reviews are not genuine. Sometimes people can have biases by skin color or any of that matter, Everyone has their own biases but on a pawnshop everyone has a huge potential to be a huge customer at the store. But today I did buy something and put it on layaway but I really didn’t like the entire album. One girl looks like she was like Twerking That could be catchy maybe to other guys. But when she saw me even with my wife beside me which is white I’m Hispanic black she walked away so I had to be a little sarcastic to get attention so they can help us out. I purchased a watch from this location at a very good price. The costumer service was awesome. This is one of my favorite locations.
