I seen a number of couples now just seem to show up and get married. In fact one had a cleric perform some sort of ceremony outside walked in and got their license. You don't even need to wear a mask anymore if you have been fully vaccinated. There are still keeping covid-19 hours though, so make sure you're there before 4:00 p.m. staff gets pretty cranky if you show up close to closing time.
