Whoever financed your vehicle. You should receive your paperwork once your deal has been purchased. It could be Ally, Wells Fargo, or another bank. Jon Hall submits your deal to a lot of banks and the bank that purchase your deal will be the one financing you. You should receive your paperwork in mail normally within 2 to 3 weeks in mail. If you have not received paperwork go back to Jon Hall, don't go past your payment due date. Go to Finance manager to make payment. Sometimes it takes a minute for deal to get purchased and verification process.
Depends on the lender.... I have space coast so I go their or pay online . I also got my truck at Jon hall
