I just got a Voucher for my male cat 1month ago. It was free along with the 3 pain pills & a rabies shot too. Keep trying. There hours are on Google.

There are vouchers you can get but not from the shelter. If I recall, it's The Leon County Humane Society who sponsors the voucher program. They are only given out at two specific locations in Tallahassee on specific days of the month. And there are a limited number given out on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. I'd suggest contacting the local Humane Society or visit their website for the specifics & more info.
