Why is their never help here by anyone .they never know never offer to help.no point of wearing a vest that says may I help you ..

I am as frustrated as everyone else about this and I shouldn’t have to download an app to find items, also most of the associates don’t speak English, Our countries language is English not Spanish or French or anything else it is English and if you’re going to work here and have contact with customers/clients then you need to be able to speak the language, Walmart associates are either assigned to a department and or stock the shelves either way they know where the items that we are looking for are. The discounted prices at Walmart needs to have aren’t that much of a difference anymore prices are skyrocketing all over so with that also comes the choice of customer service, even the poor would pay a lil more to get better customer service,than be treated as second-class citizens,No,Don’t raise prices, prices are high enough and wages are already exceeding minimum wage, unfortunately only Haitians get hired at Walmart in Naples
