Management is terrible (Rick and family) The whole family is 'working' there (father as park manager and both sons who are completely useless). I lived there for 2 years and moved out last month. I asked the office to fix my sprinklers shortly after moving in and I am still waiting. A number of other requests were ignored. Pool heater was broker for weeks at a time along with many other issues in the park. The pool area was advertised as having WIFI. Well that is a joke. You can see the 'pool' router but there is no internet access out of it. Two years later and multiple complaints to the office and still no internet at the pool. I suspect they are too cheap to add a live internet connection to the router which would cost the park a little money...People have to use their cell phone data. .......Whenever there is a holiday or a disaster (hurricane Irma) the park manager disappears to his house in Naples and will not respond to any requests by email for phone. The park is left to fend for itself. Thanks to a great homeowners association... they are able to limp along. Just try contacting the park owners (Hillcrest Estates) and see what happens. Any attempts to contact them will be ignored. Registered letters are returned unopened. The place is a joke. Take it from someone who lived there for two years.
