NOT “OPEN” NO one answering the phone. Arrived at the office at 10am and the “out for lunch” sign was already up. Signs on the door say call/email by appointment only. Since one cannot call- will try to email.

I took my in-laws to an appointment for an apt and take all the required documents and when I arrived the lady who attended me began to make up an excuse and say that I did not qualify for the apt after they sent him letters and asked for the documents he needed for the process and blatantly told us that the program was for people under 60 years old, they definitely judged us and cheated us and my in-laws that are not done to older people.
