If it says NO ANIMALS, then it's no animal's. I've never seen any animals/pets on the pier myself. Seeing as they fish off the pier, I really don't think you'd want your dog or whatever running around when there's fish hooks dangling around......But if you feel you must sneak your pet onto the pier, I hope you get caught before your pet does get hurt in someway.....This is by far one of the dumbest questions I've been asked to answer........That's cute, talk about how ignorant someone else by calling them a jerk...Oh the irony....Btw, your the one wanting to break the rules...NOT US!!.....You realize that anyone who answers the question will automatically be marked as "local guide", right ..I live about 2000 miles away from Flaglers, certainly not a local...
NO PETS means NO PETS! I am not sure if this applies to REGISTERED SERVICE DOGS.
If it's not a registered service animal, I would assume no pets means no pets. I've never seen anyone out on the pier with an animal, but there is plenty of sidewalk along the dunes that are pet friendly.
