I’ve been going to this BK once a year, for the past few years. Why only once a year? Because that’s how long it takes for me to forget about how terrible this location is. Went through drive thru, ordered a Bacon King, no cheese. The person taking my order even repeated the ‘no cheese’ back to me. Waited about 10 minutes for the order in front of me to complete, got my food, and due to past experiences, decided to check my burger. Of course it had cheese on it. I very politely handed it back. She very politely said they would remake it. She gave me my new burger and apologized. I returned back to work to eat my lunch, and noticed that they had given me the same burger back, but with the cheese scraped off. I don’t ask for much, in fact, I was asking for less than what I’m paying for. I don’t expect the most exceptional service from any fast food place, but I do expect to get what I ask and pay for. Never have I had issues with any other BK ever. Literally only this one.

Staff is very lazy and I always have problems when going here, this past visit they didn’t feel like adding cheese to our burgers and took that customization off our order bc they just wanted to use the pre made burgers, and I know this because our order total was higher before we paid when our customizations were correct. Probably the worst restaurant in the county

Waaao I will not buy again I ordered the number 2. And nothing to do with the photo of the menu. The meat is very greasy and even the bread gets wet. I'll go to the McDonald's across the street. They have to hire people who, if they want to work, I had to wait, why work? I was dancing 😡 never comes back. To buy here 😡

This is the WORST BK I have ever been to. There always seems to be an issue. This last time, we ordered online to pickup. After about 15 min, we arrived only to find it closed ahead of schedule. The crew was inside, apparently in a meeting. We had drivin across town for nothing...wasting $4 in gas and our time. I'm so sorry I ever put money on the BK card. It took several days to get a refund.
