Hello..we are looking for a nice, family oriented community with school aged children. We really like the look of Julington Lakes! Just wondered how family friendly it is. Thank you!

The perfect community.

Rich, Julington Lakes is very family friendly. They have multiple green spaces throughout the community, an awesome fitness center and pool with a large sports field. The community will also have an events coordinator long term to help organize events for the residents. The schools in St Johns county are great too. This neighborhood is a real gem and great for families, especially with Veterans Park next door. The community manager, Kelly, is great at Julington Lakes also! If you guys would like some help picking out a new home and having someone looking out for your best interest i would love to help you and your family!

I did the trim in most the houses there. Yes lots of kids. Nice place. And you get a good looking house in the end. The area will be like nockatee in the end but less crowded. Schools are walking distance and park is. They are about to start phase 3 of the naborhood better get one while you can they are selling fast.
