I purchased a home in 2017 and I had over 18 Roof leaks and they replaced the Roof I still have roof leaks they came out to fix it last week 09/27/2021 and still have roof leaks 4 years later, also I have a sliding glass door that is fogged and they will not replace it, the whole experience was trash. This is the most expensive home I have purchased and it has been the worse experience ever they need to be sued.

Love this neighborhood. We moved in last Halloween and have been busy with fences, enclosures, outdoor kitchen and other projects ever since. Julington Lakes is a very safe and quiet neighborhood...wonderful neighbors, social activities and amenities.

Nope, just walking. But you could go out on the main road to veterans Park, it's just around the corner
Yes they have a manned gate from 7am to 7pm. It is unmanned from 7pm to 7am. All guests must use the automated system after hours.
