2nd ave entrance and a entrance for ramp B on 1st ave and 5th st. 1st ave to 5th street take a right to the far left lane because of the tracks it will take you directly to ramp B.
Entrance via 2nd Ave/Main and I might be wrong but I swore there is a level 3 entrance via highway.
I'm pretty sure the entrance is on 2nd ave
