I retired from BMC and the only discount for a gym to workout in only came from the health insurance plan that I carried at the time, but I did not need to join, because I worked full time and my schedule was pretty full looking after my mom and church. I did learn that most health insurance plans do give a discount for health clubs, but not sure how much. If they do, perhaps you could call who provides your coverage to see if there is one. I am a member of Planet Fitness and I could find out and let you know.
At only $10 to $20 a month. I'm not sure a discount is needed. For that price you get 24 hr access to any Planet Fitness around.
