Called ahead for an order of spicy chicken, l was told the truck just came in and give them a hour. “ l agreed “ also explained my drive to the store was over 2 miles , upon arrival to counter one the cashier appears to be coming down off something and she also was rude stated upon opening “we have no spicy chicken or mac and cheese “ the strangest thing l didn’t even order mac and cheese or inquire about it! Quality of service is everything l use to really love this location. Major change in the wrong direction of customer service!

This chicken is so good and always made fresh. I typically have a large order when I come and it is always correct. The ladies here are super friendly and nice. I'm glad they have a new manager as it has made the experience better, the manger before was not friendly at all and I stopped going for a while but lately it has been wonderful.
