Swamp Cabbage, originally came from Cabbage Palms, which is Florida s state trre and illegal to harvest. Today's swap cabbage is harvested from Palm Mettows. Long story to say that they do not serve swamp cabbage.
I saw a swamp cabbage rake but don't recall seeing on menu.
