Just trying to report a deceased duck at Jarboe Park closest to the neighboring street Bay st. It's very sad and disheartening to know nobody cares especially animal control. Children shouldn't have to walk by and see this. Please help me!!!!

City has been notified animal control has been notified and has done nothing! The duck is now deceased and been there for days. Citizens have tried to do their part with No results.
