I would give this complex ZERO stars if I could. They have absolutely no regard for human decency and put every thing on “management” who is no where to be found. I have live here for 9 months and dealt with the constant construction and noise. They still have not gotten there resident area up and running but have managed to landscape the entire front of the building. They would not print out FMLA files I needed for work claiming they had encrypted security on there computers that did not allow them to open attachments via email even though proof of insurance & paystubs are required to be sent VIA EMAIL prior to move in. Save yourself the hassle. This place is trash

I have nothing but nice things to say about living here, had one hiccup with the AC unit not getting fixed for 4 days but it was not under managements control as they had to get contractors to come fix it. It’s a super convenient location, easy walk to beach, very updated modern style units, they’re renovating the whole complex and it looks amazing to see the progress. It is also hard to beat the price they offer compared to market value what is out there at the beach for rent. 5 ⭐️ Rating for me.

we moved in with the knowledge of mom may have to go to sr living so we were told no fee if we gave notice. so we gave 60 day notice but now we have to come up with the additional 2600 for breaking the lease, after all the moving expenses for sr living.. mom also had roaches for the whole last year finally went in and sprayed and added stuff on my own to help clear them. just poo mgmt miss the old guys. no compassion, rude and dismissive.
