Public street parking but usually not a problem unless there is a Ravens or Orioles game where you need to pay attention to residential parking permits. I've never had terrible finding parking in the years I've gone to mobtown. I also live nearby and there's plenty of residential and not residential street parking at most a few minutes walk away.
I've never had a problem, even arriving a bit late. May have to park on a side street but it's walkable. The only issue is if it's game day which may require permit.
Is only street parking
It's public street parking on Washington Boulevard and surrounding streets. So it's not great.
