Jit is a jitterbug or a young kid that is motivated by the wrong things.
Danielle, obviously I asked for the manager but he wasn't there. I blame them for not being prepared & being able to service their customers as expected. I planned since Thanksgiving to get 1 dozen large or jumbo crabs...the same jit told me I didn't need to order ahead. I called a few weeks ago & checked AGAIN & got their holiday hours - and he said the same thing. Called today to put my order in & they were out! Told me to call back 130/2 - I did & he said they came in & were out! The 1 thing my daughter & I were gonna do for Christmas went to hell & it's whatever.
Instead of blaming the poor service on the restaurant speak with the owner or ask to speak to a manager. I'm sure they would have been able to help with whatever problem you was having.

Experience is something that you have to get... It isn't something that you are born with. Give it a week or so an try again. And by chance did you try talking to the owner? Just asking.
