Don't know much about the Lincoln MKZ, but it seems to be powered by the 3.5L eco boost turbo V6? Which I assume is also controlled by a similar PCM to that of the eco boost Mustang? They use both HP tuners and EFI live, so should be able to tune anything those software suites work on.
