I have my own rv. You do better to have one if you can get one. Cheaper electric bill. I am also a disabled vet.
All the trailers are rent to own. Rent ranges between 6oo and 750. You are responsible for your own electric, sewer, and water payments as well. Rent is not based on the amount of people in the home. Its a fixed amount based off the size of the home and the amount of bedrooms. Most of the trailers are 2 and 3 bedrooms.
My husband is on disability we pay 600 for 2bed 1bath. We pay the electric to the office as well instead of JEA. The office includes the cost in your bill. We are doing the rent to own so the cost of the trailer is split with the cost of the rent which totals 600. You can probably get more info from the office if you call. Hope this helps
