I always set an appointment on line. I usually in and out in 10 or 15 minutes. The people here are very nice and answers any questions you might have

You need the paper the Dr gave you that requested the blood work so they know what test need to be run

No, this is a holiday Quest is closed. Some locations open 7AM Friday. Qualified tests can be requested stat by Doctor.

BUT LAST TIME i had blood drawn @university and beach office IT REALLY HURT BAD AND LEFT A 2inch bruise!
bcause of that i DO NOT RECCOMEND QUEST
Why is customer service here so rude? Why cant they help elderly people the right way? If someone dont understand how to do something they won't help. This isn't everyone but there's a need for better customer service and experience.

Even if you call the toll ferr number, they can help with seeing if the orders were received.
