Yes but you have to have them on a leash. There are people and children running around and an unleashed dog is trouble. We went there once with our dogs and ended up leaving because someone who seems to be above the law was playing with his dog off leash. when you have unleashed and leashed dogs that creates a problem for the leashed dog. An unleashed dog running up to a leashed dog is a threat to them no matter how much the other person says his dog is friendly, it does not matter. Dogs are unpredictable and sometimes they don't like other dogs in their face.
