Nasty. Its crazy that people east at this dirty junk food spot with greedy corporate management and underpaid staff. The food produced in this place was nasty, I thought I could just grab a burger and fries but I tossed the food out. Fries were soggy with oil.

First time for everything 🤮 The entire meal was moldy except for the chili. I’m flabbergasted that this happened at the Jacksonville Beach location!

Let me first say that Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. I ordered a grilled chicken club asiago sandwich, strawberry frosty, and a cup of water. The chicken sandwich, which I've ordered for many years, was rubbery, tough, and dry to the point that it shredded every time I took a bite. It was like chewing rubber bands. Inedible. To my annoyance and shock, I was charged $3 for the cup of tap water. I'm not sure I'll patronize this location in the future. A complete rip off when horrible fast food costs me $15 for one person!
