From what I see on a daily its mask worn by staff at the amway. But they are hav>no sale out concerts and I haven't heard anything about the total amount that can come to the events. I work very close to the amway
No, there are no mask mandates. But I suggest you wear one.
As far as how many can be in there is cut in half so instead of 20,000.00 people they are only doing 10,000.00.and the staff is still wearing mask but as far as the customers it is up to you if you have had the vaccine are not,this is how it is for the hockey game and basketball game I can't answer for the concert.hope this helped
