Way too over crowded! More people waiting for machines than working out. I would only keep my membership for group classes.

Personal Trainer “Nick” is world-class! He is a California celebrity photo/movie shoots guru. If you want to look JLo or Mark Wahlberg fit, he’s your trainer. I got Mr. Lake Nona ready in weeks!!!!!

I have been with the Crunch for a couple of years and after multiple bad experiences I have consider to cancel my membership. Overcrowded all the time, multiple equipments broken, Crunch personal trainers leave their belongs on equipments to hold the equipments their trainee might use next. On 15/09, my wife and I stood for more than 5 min waiting close to one equipment because Christian Nazario, personal trainer form Crush, left his belongs there to hold the next equipment for his trainee would use after concluding the routine in other equipments. I even asked him if his trainee would be starting there and he affirmed “Yes”. I made sure to check if his trainee was rotating the equipments, which he was not, and after I ask Christian, he laughed on my face showing 100% sarcasm and he doesn’t absolutely care about this situation. A gym is a shareable space and if everyone leaves their belongs on the next equipment they might use, none in the gym will be able to work out. It happens in all the gym but when the Crunch employees do it in a regular basis and believe this is 100% normal, you absolutely should expect to stay 2h in the gym just to accomplish a 45 min routine. I have been in different gyms for over 20 years. If there is no respect between Crunch employees and members, there is no reason to keep my membership in this place.

I don't believe Zumba offered here, best to call the gym, good luck
Before 11 and after 7 pm on weekends it's never real bad but 11-7 it's slammed during the week
I'd say best time is very early in the AM...and I mean like before 7..best I can tell you
There's no family plan. But that's the highest tier, the one with classes. I pay $26.86 with taxes. But I was one of the first to join in ours. And it's multi club
I find it's always full also. So idk.
Nope
No, only upon entering
Yes, you can walk in but it is $10. If you go online on their website you can sign up for a 1 day or 3 day pass.
Hi Juancarlos, unfortunately we do not offer Kids Club at this location. Thank you and have a great day.
Hi there, unfortunately all of our memberships come with a minimum three month agreement which you sign off on when you join and therefore you are unable to cancel before this time. Only after we have received three billing cycle payments and your annual fee can you come into the club to start the cancellation process for free. Hope that helps, thank you and have a great day.
Carmen. Incase you didn’t know. The Giant TVs are for all members not your individual use. They all have different tv stations on them for everyone to select from. You can pick a treadmill near the channel you want to watch. You may also get a tv streaming app if you require a more expansive selection since your 9 dollar membership doesn’t include the premium channels. As far as audio. It requires an app on your phone or plug into the treadmill and you pick the audio channel listed on the tv. Sounds more like the issue is you as crunch does not maintain your personal headphones. I suggest a new pair.
They have HIIT, and Zumba
