My mother has RA and need my assistance, actually i'm her caretaker I am also not working. My Question to you is... Am I eligible to receive assistance, If so what will be the 1st step?

So far i know ur mother should have Medicaid or medicare. Then apply to the authority. Also ssi. U might need 21 days home care training and listed care agency may assaign u to help ur mother and get paid

You'd have to go to the office and apply for GA and Foodstamps. You have to participate in the Work Program in order to receive assistance, unless you are physically unable to work and have a doctor fill out paperwork that BCBSS will provide you with.
