We have a disabled parking assigned for my son..somebody parked a car with a disabled tag without asking permission...is it allowed? If not, who shall I contact during Sundays when goverment parking agency is closed?

Thanks Genre for the response....the owner of the other car dropped by and just removed the notice that I put on the cars front wind shield then left as if nothing was wrong...I understand that he has a disabled tag but it doesn't mean he can just park his car in some body else assigned disabled parking..very disrespectful person....really! I wish a person with Authority can read this. That parking spot is for my Son who has cerebral palsy.
