The traffic is very convenient, only 10 minutes to the Isle of Man. The environment is clean and quiet. Very convenient for commute to Manhattan. The environment is quiet and clean.

it has been over one and half months since I ended my tenancy and I still have not received my security deposit back. No one answered the phone and it takes forever to get their reply on email. Worst apartment ever. I would not even give one star for this but no choice

Packages went missing all the time. The staffs at the concierge will keep saying their system isn't faulty and they are not responsible for the missing packages. Definitely avoid living here if you need any reliable delivery handling. They replaced the staffs at the concierge a few months back most likely due to some budget cuts. The new staffs are rude, unprofessional, and not helpful when you need actual help. The actual apartment itself, despite being new, has very thin wall thus very poor sound isolation between units. And JSQ3 is under active construction, so daytime noise from outside the window is unbearably loud even we live in a high floor. The building at higher levels will make weird noise during strong wind, which is very scary at night. And one of my friends living in this same building has water leaking problem during the historic flooding last year. So, considering the quality of the materials of the building, it's not well worth the rent. Now the housing market is pretty hot and JSQ is offering no price raise for old tenants to extend their lease. Still, many tenants are leaving (including us), which says a lot about the experience living here. This building gives good first impression, the nice public area including the gym and study area on floor 8-9. Apart from that, I only have bad things to say about this building: the poor management, unprofessional staffs at concierge, bad room quality, frequently missing packages, and not so impressive neighborhood. I wouldn't exaggerate and say something as "avoid at all cost" like in some other reviews. But it would still be a very bad deployment of your money if you choose to lease here.

Horrible concierge. And pathetic management. Lots of equipment (elevator, trash chutes) breakdown and the maintenance people are very rude(most of them). Everything is overpriced and they will try to rip you off in every possible way. They keep shutting down places like dog parks without notice. Don't go here! Not worth it.
