I have no idea...i've found that if u call the pharmacy and ask to be transferred that sometimes that works lol...there's a different num for that...882-0772 I think
A lot of the time, they turn their fingers down to silent. I called electronics while standing in electronics and saw my name and number flash up on the caller ID. Ringer was on silent so I turned it up to max volume! Lol customer service is definitely bad in that regard.

They never answer the phone when I call either
Customer "service" is not a priority at this Walmart, I can promise you that. I can't remember the last time an employee even said "hi" to me in the store other than at the register where they actually have to.
