Most clubs require a valid checking account on file but some do accept cash or credit cards. The best thing to do is reach out to your home club and ask which payment options they accept. Not sure what you mean by day ticket but the cheapest membership is 10 dollars a month plus initial and annual fee. Also yes I belive you can pay with credit card but debit is also taken
