Horrible reception and customer service. Literally treat you like cr@p.

The Good: - This gym provides a decent service at a good price - Many of the instructors for the group classes are great, especially for the spin classes - There are also plenty of machines and weights - I really like the layout and the locker rooms are spacious - Finally, the staff has been wonderful overall The Bad: - There could be more classes, especially during busy times - A fair number of machines are usually not working - Big problems feel neglected: the air conditioning has not been working throughout the entire summer and now the cycling room (and all classes in that room) are canceled. When will classes resume? Could be a few days or could be a while. No one appears to know. - Repairs tend to be bandaged over instead of being fixed This appears to be poor management. I cannot tell if the owner of this gym is struggling financially, cheap, or not aware of the state of the gym. Whatever it is, it's very disruptive. In many cases, a little extra effort would go a long way in improving the experience at this gym. Until then, I would only recommend this gym if you are looking for something basic that will do the job. If you want something great, look elsewhere. P.S. Once the A/C is fixed throughout the entire gym, I will upgrade to 4 stars.

Nice gym with a large workout area and dedicated functional training space.

I have also found it difficult to get someone on the phone and have often had to call back multiple times. I am still unclear why this gym is "elite" as it is on par with and in many cases subpar in comparison to other locations that aren't elite...
Why is it so difficult to get my money back from New York sports club that was taken out of my account while the gyms were closed during the Corona epidemic
You most definitely can! Just ask the welcome team member at the front. You'll be asked to quickly fill out an online form and will shortly be on your way.
There is a sign up online after you log in. It's the same sign up system for any classes you want to take. One a class is full, the sign up button is greyed out.
They told me last week "no, it cost $1 million and it's too much for us, we will turn it into a different area for the gym" insert super sad face..
Either they're dumb, incompetent , or the club is closed.
16 meters long and there are 4 lanes.
Yes they have day care
Yes there is. But be sure you check that you have access to their "elite" membership. If not you will be charged an additional 20 per visit. Note that an corporate plan and a passport plan still don't grant you access without a charge. I just learned this recently. Make sure you document what is told to you by front desk staff as well, since I was informed I had access to this location since I had a corporate plan only to receive a 20 charge to my account with later clarification that I didn't have "elite" access. Now, what makes this location "elite" is absolutely beyond me. But that's another story.
