The salads are really good and I think they could make you meal with what they have
We went for the Thanksgiving brunch and all items that were gluten free (several) were clearly marked. I don't recall if it's indicated on their regular menu, but I'm sure they can tell you. I didn't see any notations regarding corn.
They have a variety of vegetables and an omelette station
