I didn't see any dogs call so you can be sure.
Signs say no dogs allowed. There is a police station on the pier so there is almost always a presence. I have only seen service dogs there. If you take your dogs please pickup after them or you risk losing the leniency others have commented on. I would love to take mine but not willing to risk a fine.
Yes you can have dogs yes I guess keep them on a leash and enjoy they don't enforce it
