Usually they are because of the added reclining seats and food is also taken to you. For example a movie at a regular AMC at around 9:00 pm is 14.49 while at a dine in might be 16.19 for the same movie.

I have an AMC Stubs account so I haven't used the self service kiosk in a while. So I'm not too sure if there's a way to do it on there. However prior to my membership, I just walked up to the teller and immediately informed them that I am using a Black Ticket. For example, "I'd like to purchase a ticket for ___ with a black ticket."

Is the AMC movie theater open in South Bay Galleria

All the movie theaters at the South Bay AMC are dine-in. You go to the concession station and order your food. Make sure to show your ticket stub to the person on the register so they can bring your food to you. Food like popcorn, soda, candy, and hotdogs can be taken with you. Take this information from a person who goes there every week.

AMC dine-in do have a bar. When you go up the escalator, it will be to your left hand side. You will see bar tables with bar stools.

What's a resubmit pass? I've never heard of that before. If there's not an option to redeem it online, or on the AMC app, then you probably have to go to the theatre in person.
