We have a family member in there. You rent the land. Purchase the mobile home. Currently $500 a month for rent. Rent is scheduled to go to $525 in 2022
It's just like any other mobile home park you own house you rent the property
Golden Ponds owns the land, You rent the land but buy the home, or at least that is my understanding.
