Went to see home cousin was contemplating purchasing. Park is lovely, well kept and inviting. Homes appear to be immaculately maintained. Clubhouses very nice, pool large, everything appears to be above par for a mobile home park. Husband and I were extremely impressed. As an aside, my cousin is purchasing the home and we are very happy for her..

We have a family member in there. You rent the land. Purchase the mobile home. Currently $500 a month for rent. Rent is scheduled to go to $525 in 2022
