Are you an "Approved Certified Company" that works with Disney. In other words, can the scooters be left at the Concierge desk for delivery and pickup or do we have to be there in person when they are delivered and P/U?

We arrive after 6 will we be able to get a scooter delivered around 7:30 pm at animal kingdom?

Hi Bill, Yes, we are 1 of the 4 Disney and Universal Featured EVC Provider, we are allowed to deliver the scooters to the Bell Service desk to be held for customer arrival. Thank you. Apple Scooter Team
